The Intranet redesign project was initiated to address the issues of usefulness and functionality in the department's existing intranet. Through extensive user research it was discovered that the systems in place had become cluttered and disorganised with critical content scattered across numerous systems.

Further research and stakeholder engagement were undertaken throughout the design process to understand the user requirements and usage patterns in order to continue refining the designs.

In June 2022 the intranet redesign project was completed with the delivery of a detailed report containing all project details and insights along with a functioning 50+ page clickable Figma prototype. The prototype displayed the proposed new information architecture along with the new and greatly improved visual hierarchy and flow.
